Mazda6 for 2018: Performance and Design

The 2018 Mazda6 has arrived at Beach Mazda and we could not be happier! We finally get to show you all the great features in person. Better yet, you can test drive it too! Keep reading for details.

Mazda went all out when designing the 2018 Mazda6. The vehicle was given authentic materials like Japanese Sen Wood and Nappa leather. There’s new technology and excellent refinements that only add to the Mazda6’s prestige for incredible design and driving dynamics.

Completely Re-engineered

For this model year, the Mazda6 was completely re-engineered. Now, it is more comfortable and even quieter than before. It also offers more standard and available features. There’s even a new available engine option: the SKYACTIV™-G 2.5T. Of course, the Mazda6 is still available with the 6-speed SKYACTIV™-MT manual transmission. That’s in the Mazda6 Sport model. There’s also the available SKYACTIV™-DRIVE 6-speed automatic transmission with Sport Mode. The Sport Mode actually re-calibrates the transmission for a bolder driving experience.

Upgrades

The amazing Mazda6 Touring offers all of the amenity and safety features  that are available in the Mazda6 Sport. But, it has upgrades to the following:

• Leatherette seating surfaces
• Standard SKYACTIV™-DRIVE six-speed automatic transmission
• 19-inch alloy wheels, as well as
• Advanced Keyless Entry
• Six-way power driver’s seat
• Rear HVAC vents
• Heated front seats
• Power moonroof

The Mazda6 Grand Tour offers the following features:

• 11-speaker BOSE® Premium audio system
• SiriusXM satellite radio with a four-month trial subscription, as well as
• Mazda Navigation
• Auto-dimming interior mirror
• Auto-dimming driver-side mirror
• Heated side mirrors
• Paddle shifters mounted on the steering wheel

The Mazda6 Grand Touring Reserve offers these great features:

• Black or Parchment leather-trimmed seats
• Windshield-projected Active Driving Display with Traffic Sign Recognition, as well as a
• Eight-way power driver’s seat
• Six-way power front passenger’s seat
• Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFS)
• Brilliant silver alloy wheels
• Rear lip spoiler
• Windshield wipers de-icer
• Heated rear seats
• Heated steering wheel

The Mazda6 Signature is only the second Mazda model, the CX-9 being the first, to offer this ambitious trim level. It offers the following:

• Parchment or Deep Chestnut Nappa leather seating surfaces
• Japanese Sen wood interior accents, as well as
• Gilded UltraSuede® NU
• A new 360⁰ View Monitor
• Front and rear parking sensors
• A seven-inch TFT reconfigurable gauge display
• Frameless rearview mirror
• Gunmetal-colored grille.
